Field Service Technician responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment at our customer locations. Provides preventative maintenance (PM) inspections and responds to emergency service calls on equipment including ovens, fryers, steamers, warmers, dish cleaning equipment. Valley Service, Inc is growing its field service team and is seeking candidates for its training program. The ideal candidate will be strongly mechanically inclined with a desire to learn how to service restaurant & bakery equipment. Candidate must have excellent communication and follow-up skills. The successful candidate's will enter the technician training program and be required to reach pre-defined curriculum based goals, as well as on the job training goals. Minimal travel may be required for specific manufacturer training. This position reports to the Lead Technician.
