Cummings Center is seeking a working general construction manager to lead our second shift team. Previous construction management experience is required. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, proven leadership abilities and organizational aptitude. The qualified applicant shall have commercial construction experience and a strong working knowledge in painting, demolition (including concrete cutting and coring), building mechanical systems (commercial plumbing electrical systems), as well as experience with snow removal. Preference will be given to applicants who possess a 2A/1C hoisting license. Applicants must reside in the greater Beverly area. Hours are full-time, 4 PM to midnight Monday through Thursday, and 1 PM to 9 PM Friday.
