We are seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Worker to perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and to assist in maintaining the building and grounds.
Perform maintenance work requests as assigned.
Provide event support such as traffic coordination, room setup and security detail.
Assist in performance of all general maintenance activities, including snow removal.
Maintain the physical plant and exterior grounds in a clean, neat and safe condition for employees, residents and visitors.
Participate in on-call Rotation and work flexible hours as needed, including some weekends.
2 years of experience in building maintenance and good working knowledge of building mechanical systems and carpentry
Ability to use work order software and tablet
Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to provide high quality service to our Residents
Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and good driving record
