You will join a team of maintenance professionals who handled work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, building system maintenance, snow removal, and on-call duties for a portfolio consisting of 435 scattered units in the South End area of Boston.
Basic knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC is required. Must have excellent communication skills and have a strong customer service philosophy. Previous apartment maintenance experience is required. Smart phone technology and communication is preferred. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. A valid Driver’s License with your own vehicle and the ability to participate in emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal are also required. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
