About the role

What You'll Be Doing: Trim and molding installs, door and window replacements, deck repairs and builds, custom built-in shelving and cabinetry, structural patching, stair repairs, and subfloor work across residential properties. What a Day Looks Like: You review jobs matched to your skill set and location, claim what fits, show up with your tools, and do the work. No bidding wars, no negotiating with clients — rates are set, jobs are clear, payouts are on time. How Payouts Work: Hourly rate based on your verified tier. Direct deposit every Friday.
What you'll need
