Job Description
The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all services on fountain and cooler equipment within an assigned territory. This role will lead a team of field service technicians, oversee service operations, and uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The Field Service Supervisor will build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and address any service-related issues promptly and effectively.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of field service technicians responsible for servicing fountain and cooler equipment.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team members perform at their best and adhere to company standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime. Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and repairs as needed.
- Communicate expectations while creating an environment of accountability and continuous improvement of daily execution.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs.
- Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies to support service operations, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retail partners and foodservice establishments, to understand their needs and address any service-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Track and report progress to drive strategic initiatives and ensure goals are achieved.
- Make recommendations and implement processes to improve the overall productivity, quality and safety of cooler service operations.
