We’re hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for busy multifamily communities across the Worcester area. These roles are active, steady, and offer consistent weekly hours for qualified techs.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT

• Must have a reliable vehicle
• This role supports multiple nearby properties within the Worcester area
• Transportation is required daily

What You’ll Be Doing

• Apartment unit turns and make-readies
• General maintenance requests and repairs
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance troubleshooting
• Light HVAC support (filter changes, basic diagnostics)
• Supporting turnovers to ensure units are rent-ready

What We’re Looking For

• Prior maintenance, handyman, or property maintenance experience
• Comfortable working in residential apartment settings
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation (required)

Strong Fit If You Have Experience In:

• Apartment maintenance / property management
• HVAC assistance or HVAC school training
• Plumbing, electrical, or general repair work
• Construction, facilities, or handyman services
