Overview
Seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role plays a key part in equipment reliability and continuous improvement in a Manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment)
- Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors)
- Diagnose motor controls & safety circuits (E-Stops, relays, interlocks)
- Support PLC troubleshooting (I/O, basic ladder logic)
- Perform welding & basic fabrication
- Lead equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements
- Maintain documentation in CMMS and follow safety standards
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics
- Technical degree or certifications preferred
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Work Environment
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed
