Desired candidates should possess Demonstrated leadership skills, Communication skills and Training Skills. Ability to think on your feet because you are responsible for equipment and personnel on your shift. Qualified candidate should possess a Massachustte 1st or 2nd Class Engineer License. Salary to $155,000 Plus $20,000 Sign on bonus. Benefit package is family friendly and starts day 1 of employment
