Your Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will join a team of housing professionals for our Framingham Portfolio.  Cochituate Homes consists of 160 units and Bethany Hill Place has 41 units.  The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. (There is the ability to negotiate for an earlier start and end time.)  Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, custodial, and grounds keeping. 

 

Your Qualifications

The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC.  Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.  Must be available to participate in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Yardi is a plus.  A valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is required. A Hoisting License or OSHA certification is a plus.  Experience with Yardi is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Salary:  $26.50 to $29.80 per hour depending on experience.
