Electro-Mechanical Wire Tech - Panel builders 1st Shift

Company: Micro Tech Staffing of Franklin   Location: Uxbridge, MA  

We are a contract manufacturer so many times we build something ONE TIME. We do not build the same component / panel over and over again. We are not a plug and play kind of manufacturing. Really need strong panel technicians. The Peterson School Electrical 90 hr. or 72 hr. is a BIG PLUS. 

Job Description:
•    Final Assembly of control panels and equipment including point to point wiring from Wire Run lists and electrical schematics.

Assembly of wire harnesses and cable assemblies. 
•    Mechanical assembly of subassemblies using hand and/or power tools. 
•    Testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and final assemblies. 
•    Works with other Production Technicians and Engineering to correct and improve upon any documents related to the assembly process at the required high-quality standard.
•    Responsible for ensuring that work order protocols are followed, and that work order paperwork is completed as the work is performed.

Skills & Abilities
•    Electrical symbols 
•    Crimping and crimping tools 
•    Wire size and amperage
•    Schematic reading 
•    Power and hand tools 
•    Highly detailed 
•    Can lift 30 to 50lbs 
•    Understanding AC and DC volts 
•    Soldering a plus,but only IPC 610 CERTS .

HOURS are 7AM to 3:30PM, Mon. to Fri. $20. hour - Milford/Uxbridge, MA area
