Maintenance Technician

Company: Flatley Management Company   Location: Braintree, MA  

Flatley Management Company, a leader in real estate management, is seeking a full-time, Monday -Friday schedule, Maintenance Technician to join our team in performing the daily operations of commercial buildings and grounds. HVAC experience is a plus.

Qualified Candidate

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 yrs minimum experience in Commercial Building maintenance
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems a plus
• Professional appearance and friendly
• Basic clerical and computer skills

Position Requirements

• Daily interaction with tenants and contractors
• Hands on maintenance, repair work, and snow removal
• Assess and complete tenant maintenance requests or make recommendations for repair
• Overtime when required
• Work closely with Property Manager and contractors to ensure satisfaction of tenants
