The Mechanical Supervisor report to the Maintenance Manager and is reponsible for the overall direction and effective coordination of the Maintenance Department activities. This position ensures that work is properly planned and safely executed on a timely manner for plant reliability. Salary to $121,000 + Health Care Benefits from 1st day of employment, new hire sign on bonus eligble, performane based Annual Incentive Plan, Wellness instruction, and long term future promotions.
