HVAC Installer

Company: CMS Plumbing, Heating & Cooling   Location: Wilmington, MA  

CMS Plumbing & HVAC is seeking a skilled lead HVAC Installer to join our team. We have been in the plumbing and HVAC industry for 50 years servicing our customers with integrity and accountability . The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in HVAC installation.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation of HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
• Ductless installation knowledge
• Properly completes all paperwork required for each job
• Maintains a clean and neat company vehicle
• Maintains a clean and professional job site
• Demonstrates effective working relationships with coworkers and superiors
• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and customer service
• Attends group meetings and trainings

Job Requirements:

• Prior heating and cooling experience in the residential setting
• Positive attitude
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills
• Ability to delegate tasks to coworkers to get projects finished in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively on a team
• Minimum of three years of field experience in the HVAC industry
• Must have EPA certification
• Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record
