Shift Supervisor
Company: Professional Search, Inc. Location: Northwest of Boston
Qualidied candidates should have 3 years power plant operations experience. Detailed knowledge of power plant equipment, operating procedures, maintain and enforced cost effective and efficient facility operations. Leadership experience critical to train personnel on assigned shift. Requires a Massachusetts 1st or 2nd Class Engineer license. 12-hour rotating shift schedule required. Salary is between $125,000 - $155,000 + $20,000 Sign on Bonus + a generous benefit package. Experience in a BioMass Facility, Cogenertion Facilty, or Trash to Energy Facility encouraged to apply.
