Maintenance Technician

Company: BTE/EMCOR   Location: Boston  

Perform PMs and daily rounds.  Answer tenant and client work requests.  Clean, paint and troubleshoot building system issues. 

You must have commercial office building experiance and 608/Universal CFC certification.  OSHA 10 Preferred if not we will get youm that training.
