Pay Rate: $19.00 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift: First Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Position: Production Associate – Welder

Position Summary:
We’re looking for skilled MIG and TIG Welders to perform hand-welding operations on a wide range of assemblies and products. You’ll handle precision welding for mechanical strength and high-pressure applications, ensuring parts are aligned and welded to exact specifications.

Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Able to follow directions and work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Manual dexterity to handle welding tools and materials
• Ability to lift required loads safely
• Must pass a criminal background check

Experience & Education:

• Prior MIG and TIG welding experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Set up work areas with proper tools, materials, and fixtures
• Perform welding operations in the correct sequence, including finish grinding as needed
• Inspect materials and completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Report issues or defects to supervision immediately
• Assist in training and familiarizing new team members when required
• Accurately record time worked using the company’s time tracking system
