Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliance repair and customer service, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing problems, repairing appliances, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Duties

• Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
• Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repairs.
• Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues within appliances.
• Perform equipment repairs in a timely manner while ensuring high-quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and recommendations.
• Operate a box truck for deliveries and pickups of appliances as required.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and organized.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.
• Strong electrical knowledge related to appliance systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Physical ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various environments.
• Familiarity with refrigerate systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
