Electrical Design Engineer

Company: EdgeTech Staffing   Location: Hopedale, MA  

Summary:

Will be responsible for the design of UL508 compliant control panels and specification of internal components/external instrumentation.
 

Requirements:

• Experience designing Industrial Control Panels
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical is required.
• Experience in Class 1 Div 1/2 environments is preferred
• Experience in PLC design/programming is advantageous.
• UL508 MTR Certification is highly desirable

 

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of cutsheets/drawings for submittals
• Creation of Instrument & IO Lists from P&IDs
• Assistance in Procurement process
• Create/Manage Internal Design Specifications/Processes
