The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in refrigeration systems.  This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigerated appliances in commercial kitchens.  All experience levels welcome to apply.

 Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair refrigerated appliances in commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs on refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation of systems.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Always adhere to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards related to refrigeration equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Requirements

Valid drivers license, good driving record, applicable refrigeration certification(s), walking, standing, driving, sitting, squatting, kneeling, reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, lifting, and carrying up to 75 lbs. You must be able to climb a ladder, use tools, and effectively communicate with customers, manufacturers, and office staff. Must be able to organize and maintain jobs, documents, and parts for jobs and truck inventory. Must be highly safety conscious. Additional requirements as needed.
