Are you a student or recent graduate of a vocational or technical school? Looking to start your career in the trades and learn a valuable skill set with real earning potential?
Greenstamp is hiring motivated entry-level Insulation Installer Helpers to join our team. We offer full-time work, a supportive crew, and paid, hands-on training in advanced insulation techniques — including spray foam application.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn to install insulation (fiberglass, cellulose, and spray foam)
- Work in residential and light commercial buildings
- Operate power tools and equipment with safety and precision
- Get comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight areas
- Team up with experienced pros who will train you every step of the way
What We’re Looking For:
- Students, grads, or young tradespeople looking to build a career
- Comfortable with physical work and confined spaces
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be reliable and show up ready to work
- Valid driver’s license is a strong plus
Experience with insulation is a bonus — but not required. We’ll train you.
