Regional Facilities Manager – Trinity Management, LLC
Trinity Management, LLC is seeking a seasoned Regional Facilities Manager to join our dedicated and mission-driven team. Our Regional Facilities Managers play a vital leadership role in the maintenance and operational integrity of our properties. This hands-on position ensures our buildings run efficiently, safely, and in line with Trinity’s high-quality standards. The Regional Facilities Manager oversees a portfolio of properties, directing maintenance teams, managing capital projects, supporting utility management, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about facilities excellence, comfortable leading a team, and experienced in the operations of multi-family housing environments.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Supervise daily maintenance operations across a designated property portfolio.

Serve as the go-to expert for all facility-related inquiries within the region.

Conduct routine inspections and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.

Manage preventative maintenance schedules, inventory, and work order systems (Yardi experience strongly preferred).

Oversee and support HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical system repairs.

Coordinate capital improvement projects, vendor selection, and contractor oversight.

Monitor and control maintenance budgets and major equipment purchases.

Ensure timely and high-quality completion of resident work orders and resolve maintenance-related concerns.

Maintain compliance with company SOPs, building codes, and safety regulations.

Mentor, train, and evaluate maintenance staff and support their professional development.

Respond to emergencies 24/7 and be onsite within 30 minutes when needed.
We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has significant experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within residential property management.

Is a strong leader who can manage teams and build effective relationships with vendors, contractors, and community members.

Possesses a deep understanding of building systems, construction management, and operational planning.

Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Is proficient with maintenance software (Yardi preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Holds a valid driver's license and is comfortable traveling between properties.
Specific logistical details include, but are not limited to:

Ability to work evenings and be on-call for emergencies

40 hours per week with flexibility as needed

Travel required between assigned properties

15 days Paid Time Off (PTO)

Salary starting at $100,000, commensurate with experience
