Maintenance Technician ll, you'll be a key player in ensuring our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment runs smoothly. You will proactively maintain and repair production machinery, minimizing downtime while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards like SQF, HACCP, and GMP. Diagnose & Repair: Identify electromechanical defects and troubleshoot equipment issues to keep production running seamlessly.

Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance plans to reduce unexpected downtime.

Root Cause Analysis: Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent future breakdowns.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with operators and train them on maintenance best practices to enhance machine longevity.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities in the CMMS system.

Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with all food safety and workplace safety standards (SQF, HACCP, GMP).

Other Duties: Support additional maintenance-related tasks as needed by supervisors.
