Responsibilities include technical training in power plant operations, computer skills, oral and written communications skills, and problem solving and decision making ability. Ability to read & interpret blueprints, P&ID's and understand how to apply the technology outlined in the schematic & Vendor Manuals. Exceptional leadership skills & motivational skills with common sense sprinkle in. Must have 2nd Class Engineer's License or above. Salary depends on experience, a good starting point would be $125,000 (or Higher) + Bonus+Benefit Package. Planned vacations should be noted.
