Endless Energy is an Energy Efficiency company with a full-service heating and cooling department. We are currently looking for a hard-working HVAC APPRENTICE to join our growing company. Candidates must be good with people, dedicated to their job, and have good attendance. Helpful if candidate lives within reasonable driving distance of Marlborough.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Technicians to maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems

• Assist Technicians to troubleshoot current HVAC system issues

• Maintain truck stock inventory of supplies and equipment needed for each project

• Comply with OSHA standards for safe use of stairways and ladders

• Maintains compliance with Endless Energy Policies and Procedures

• Perform additional job duties as assigned and directed

Educational Requirements and Experience:

• Certification or degree from an HVAC program at a technical school

• Hold a Universal EPA Refrigeration Certification

• Current Driver’s License

• Previous on-the-job training and experience helpful

Abilities:

•    Ability to communicate effectively in the English language

•    Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule

• Ability to work in varying conditions with exposure to any or all of the following: Heat, Cold, Heights, Dust, Dirt, Indoor, Outdoors, and confined spaces
