Cummings Properties has an opening for an experienced HVAC service technician. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems such as water-source heat pumps, DX cooling, cooling towers, and gas-fired hydronic systems. Knowledge of ductwork design, sizing and fundamentals is a must. Candidates must have the ability to work independently and possess an excellent customer service attitude. EPA recovery certification is required. A refrigeration technician license is desirable but not required. This position DOES NOT require 24-hour on-call. Fluency in English and a sound understanding of written English are required. Full-time opening with competitive pay and benefits including a 401(k) plan. Applicant must reside in the greater Woburn area.
