What You Will Do:
Install and service wireless security, video and smart home automation systems.
Learn how to to service and upgrade existing hardwired alarms.
You will maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and part descriptions.
Provide world class customer service by educating our customers how to use our systems.
Execute our company processes and collaborate closely with in office technical team to exceed customer expectations.
Consistently seek and promote business opportunities for service, sales and preventative maintenance contracts.
Know all of products to so you can price, market and sell replacement products and repair parts.
Test back-up batteries, keypad, and designated system features to ensure proper operation.
Safely operate/maintain the assigned Company vehicle according to the manufacturer's specifications.
Complete necessary paperwork, such as work/service orders, system layouts and change orders.
Strong work ethic with the ability to adapt and grow with a rapidly expanding company
