Part-time Office Administrator

The Peterson School -Worcester is looking for a dynamic, outgoing, experienced Office Administrator. Strong communication skills are a must as you will be interacting with students, faculty and administration.

The ability to work independently, problem-solve, and pay attention to details is key. You will be handling information requests from students, performing administrative functions and conducting tours. Training will be provided so that you learn and understand the State License Requirements for each trade that we teach.

The ideal candidate will be able to be flexible as needed for office coverage. Hours 12 PM-6PM Monday-Thursday with possible additional hours available. Benefits available.

Experience:

  • Office administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
