Maloney Properties, Inc. is seeking candidates for a full-time Maintenance Superintendent position. The work hours are 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. This role will oversee the maintenance programs for 246 units of elderly and family housing in Waltham, Belmont, Arlington, and Watertown. The successful candidate will have experience with building and maintenance systems, overseeing work orders, unit turnovers, inspections, preventive maintenance programs, staff supervision, and scheduling contractors and vendors. Experience with general maintenance to include painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC is required. Must have experience working between multiple sites. Prior experience in residential maintenance is required. Excellent communication and customer services skills are required. Knowledge of Yardi is preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle. Must be able to participate in emergency calls and snow removal.
