 Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a Lead Maintenance Technician position for a portfolio of scattered residential properties in Cambridge, MA.  The successful candidate will have some prior knowledge and/or exposure in maintenance to include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repair.  The ability to work independently is required.  Work hours are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.  A valid Driver’s License with your own vehicle and the ability to participate in emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal are also required.  Basic computer skills is preferred.  Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.  Excellent customer services skills are required.
