Full time position for experienced HVAC technician to perform a broad range of commercial-level heating, ventilation and air conditioning maintenance duties. Ability to investigate and resolve energy management systems and issues is required. Experience in troubleshooting rooftop A/C units, boiler and chiller plants, air handling machines, exhaust fans and other types of mechanical systems.
Duties require a valid state HVAC-R, oil burner or power plant license; additional license as a plumber or electrician is highly desirable. Must possess a valid driver's license and may be expected to use one's own vehicle on a regular basis.
