We are seeking an experienced and conscientious Facilities Manager to join our team at a large condominium community in Yarmouth Port, MA. The Facilities Manager assists in maintaining the physical integrity of the community by providing a quality living environment for our residents. The successful candidate must have supervisory skills and the desire to take pride in delivering unsurpassed customer service. This position is a hands on supervisory position so you must be willing to roll your sleeves up and get things done. You will be responding to resident maintenance requests in a courteous and professional manner. Technical knowledge and experience in rough carpentry, landscaping, irrigation, snow removal, pools, mechanics, light electrical and plumbing is required. Knowledge of waste water treatment plant operations is a plus. Possession or willingness to obtain a Certified Pool Operator’s certificate will be required. Must be technologically proficient with an ability to learn new software systems quickly. Prior experience in project management is ideal.
