CCC is offering the right individual a great opportunity to become part of this dynamic and growing organization. The Technician role is a fulltime position with operating hours Monday through Friday and 1 half day Saturday a month.
We offer full on the job training which ranges from 6 to 12 months.
Clarke Customer Care technicians diagnose and repair refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, and ventilation hoods while providing superior customer service in the home.
Clarke Customer Care technicians are the best equipped in the industry – techs are provided with a van, cell phone and laptop computer. Sealed system tools are provided as well hand tools if necessary. All our technicians are dispatched from their home. We have a computer-generated routing system that enables us to maximize customer satisfaction.
Experience and Desired Skills:
Strong customer service skills
Great work ethic
Proficient technical / mechanical ability
Valid driver’s license
All candidates must pass a full background and drug screen.
