He/She shall implement and maintain standards for his/her area of responsibility to comply with all outside regulatory agencies whether they are local, state, and/or federal. He/She will maintain the Massachusetts engineers log book, Massachusetts State Operator log book, as well as plant log books. He/She will provide a variety of advanced maintenance procedures to building and equipment. Procedures include repairs, preventive maintenance, fire and life safety inspections and effective management of the energy management system. Operate boilers, generators, chillers and HVAC equipment throughout the power plant. He/She will perform testing of water treatment for boilers, cooling towers and chillers.
High School Graduate with vocational training; knowledge of power plant operations.
Minimum 5-7 year?s experience in field of training.
Knowledge of healthcare setting and ability to read blueprints or schematic drawings desirable.
Current Massachusetts Driver?s License required.
2nd Class Engineers License required.
40 hours per week, M-F, day shift. Weekends and holidays as needed.
