Wastewater License Renewal - Part I and II Correspondence
Offered Correspondence
The wastewater renewal correspondence course is based on practical applications that the participant may encounter during the course of his or her daily shift in a wastewater treatment facility. Training Contact Hours (20 TCH's).
PART I - 10 Training Contact Hours (10 TCH's):
Course Content:
- Industrial wastewaters
- Regulatory requirements
- Preventing and minimizing wastes at the source
- Industrial waste monitoring
- Flow measurements
PART II - 10 Training Contact Hours (10 TCH's):
Course Content:
- Preliminary treatment
- Physical - chemical treatment process
- Filtration
- Physical treatment process
- Treatment of metal waste streams
