License Renewal Course

The PLUMBERS are required to complete 12 clock hours of STATE BOARD APPROVED CONTINUING EDUCATION by APRIL 30, 2010 before they can renew their plumbing license!!!.
The GAS FITTERS are required to complete 6 clock hours of STATE BOARD APPROVED CONTINUING EDUCATION by APRIL 30, 2010 before they can renew their gas fitter license!!!.

Objective: To provide Plumbers and Gas Fitters with the training and classroom hours necessary to meet the requirements of the new Massachusetts law in order to maintain their license current.
Plumbers: Are required to complete 12 clock hours of State Board Approved Continuing Education per renewal cycle. A renewal cycle is every 2 years. However, no more than 6 hours can be completed per year.
Gasfitters: Are required to complete 6 clock hours of State Board Approved Continuing Education per renewal cycle. A renewal cycle is every 2 years. However, no more than 3 hours can be completed per year.
Description: The Peterson School is uniquely prepared to offer this course. Our many years training the Plumbing and Gasfitters trades has prepared us to immediately deliver the most comprehensive training demanded by this new mandate. Our course is taught by our current plumbing instructors who have a combined experience of more than 40 years as Plumbing and Gas Inspectors and instructors.
Requirements: Each class is 6 hours in length. Gasfitters must attend the first 3 hours. Bring your code book to class.
